Meet Our Director, Lisa Pacheco

 
 

With over two decades of dedicated service in early childhood education, Lisa is a passionate leader committed to fostering nurturing and developmentally rich environments for young learners. Her extensive career spans both for-profit and non-profit sectors, where she has consistently excelled in elevating educational programs and ensuring compliance with the highest standards.

Before joining LAC Early Childhood Center, Lisa specialized as an Early Education Consultant in preopening licensing, operations, and compliance for early childhood centers across NYC. Her expertise in interpreting complex regulations and best practices has empowered numerous schools to thrive under stringent guidelines. With a rich background that includes leadership roles at CCLC at 4 NY Plaza/KinderCare, Head Start and YMCA programs, Lisa has consistently demonstrated her ability to create high-quality educational experiences while developing robust parent and community partnerships.

Lisa is a New York State Certified Teacher in Early Childhood Education and Special Education, and holds a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from St. John's University, and a Post Master's Advanced Certifications in Early Childhood Special Education. Combining academic knowledge with practical experience, Lisa's dedication to the "whole child" approach ensures that she leads our program to nurture the growth, well-being, and potential of every young learner.
